| Use | This product is synthetic wax. In plastics as lubricants, brighteners, slip agents, anti-adhesion agents and release agents, glass paper antistatic agent. This product is suitable for ABS, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate and phenolic resin internal lubricant and external lubricant; Especially suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene film. It can be used as pigment abrasive and pigment dispersant, polyamide paraffin coupling agent. |

Ethylbisoleamide (ethylene bis-oleamide) is a colorless or yellowish solid substance. It is prepared by the reaction of ethylene diamine and dioleic anhydride. Ethylene dioleamide has the following properties:

2. Melting point and boiling point: The melting point of ethylene dioleamide is about 73-77 degrees Celsius, and the boiling point is about 218-225 degrees Celsius.
3. solubility: ethylene dioleamide soluble in alcohol, ether and chlorinated hydrocarbons and other organic solvents, insoluble in water.
The main uses of ethylene dioleamide are as follows:
1. plastic processing aids: ethylene dioleamide can be used as internal and external lubricants and plasticizers for polyolefins, polyvinyl chloride and other plastics to improve the fluidity and flexibility of plastics.
2. coatings and ink additives: ethylene dioleamide can be used as a wetting agent and dispersant for paints and inks to improve the performance of coatings and inks.
3. fiber processing aids: ethylene double oleic acid amide can be used as fiber antistatic agent and softener, improve fiber feel and antistatic properties.
The preparation method of ethylene dioleamide can be prepared by reacting ethylene diamine with dioleic anhydride under alkaline conditions. The reaction conditions are generally carried out at room temperature, and the reaction time and the molar ratio of the materials are controlled.
