Among them, fluorene-based epoxy resin has excellent moisture and heat resistance, dielectric properties, mechanical properties, chemical resistance and other comprehensive properties, and has become a high-performance matrix resin material, electronic packaging materials, high-temperature resistant adhesives, high-temperature resistant coatings, etc. Important monomers and modifiers. However, fluorene-based epoxy resin has strong rigidity and poor toughness. Therefore, it needs to be toughened or modified by blending with general epoxy resin. |
