trans-4-Methulcyclohexyl - Reference Information
| Preparation method | Using p-cresol as raw material, it is reduced by Raney Ni/ H2, sodium hypochlorite oxidation, oxime, and Zn/acetic acid to obtain trans-4-methylcyclohexylamine, and then react with triphosgene to obtain trans-4-methylcyclohexyl isocyanate. The raw materials are easily available, the reaction conditions at each step are mild, the operation is convenient, and the total yield is 34.5%. |
