Summary:
the simple separation and purification technology of phytohemagglutinin (Phytohemagg lutinin PHA-E) is to obtain high purity PHA-E by using only one S-Sepharose Fast Flow(SSFF) strong cation column after one gradient elution after extraction of salt solution. The in-column filler can be reused after simple treatment. The obtained PHA-E freeze-dried powder grows crystals under Tris-HCl buffer and PEG conditions, making the PHA-E reach 100% purity. PHA-E can treat a variety of tumors and aplastic anemia in combination with other drugs.
