  • This product is white crystalline powder, odorless, bitter. The melting point was 234-235 °c. Soluble in water, almost insoluble in ether, chloroform and ethanol.
  • This product can directly enter the myocardium to be phosphorylated into adenosine, participate in myocardial energy metabolism, dilate coronary vessels and increase coronary blood flow. Since it is easily destroyed by adenosine deaminase in the body, the effect is not long-lasting. It also has a peripheral vasodilator effect, which is weaker than the coronary vasodilator effect, and also has a transient hypotensive effect. In addition, it also slightly attenuated the role of myocardial contractility.
