Use:
3-Isoxazolamine, 5-ethyl-is commonly used as a catalyst and intermediate in organic synthesis, and is widely used in the fields of medicine, dyes, pesticides and cosmetics. It can participate in the synthesis of oriented heterocyclic compounds, the organic synthesis of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds, and the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.
Method:
3-Isoxazolamine, 5-ethyl-has many synthetic methods, and can usually be prepared by the following ways:
-using isopropanol as raw material, ethyl isopropyl ether is synthesized through etherification reaction, and then converted into reactant through chlorinated amine reaction to obtain the target product;
-Using caprolactam as raw material, the corresponding pyrazolonitrile compound is prepared by N-amide dehydration reaction, and then the target product is obtained by reductive cyclization reaction.
