Abstract:
objective to investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin and benzathine penicillin G in the prevention and treatment of congenital syphilis in pregnant women. Methods from June 2012 to June 2016, 90 cases of pregnant women with syphilis were selected in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Duanzhou district in Qiaoqing city. According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into azithromycin group and benzathine penicillin G group with 45 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the effective rate of normal delivery of newborns were compared and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference between azithromycin group and benzathine penicillin G group in the effective rate of normal newborns and the change of the test titer of fast serum Reagin after treatment (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion the clinical effect of azithromycin and benzathine penicillin G in the prevention and treatment of congenital syphilis in pregnant syphilis patients is equivalent. If there is allergy to penicillin in pregnant syphilis patients, azithromycin can be used as a replacement therapy.

Abstract:
objective: to analyze the effect of ceftriaxone and benzathine penicillin G on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and mucosal skin lesions in patients with syphilis. Methods: from September 2016 to October 2019 received treatment of 120 cases of syphilis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group (n = 60) patients with benzathine benzylpenicillin G intramuscular injection therapy, the patients in the experimental group were treated with benzathine penicillin G combined with ceftriaxone. Results: there was no significant difference in the level of T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05, CD3 ,CD4, the level of CD8 was lower than before treatment and the level of CD4 /CD8 was higher than before treatment. After treatment, the index of T lymphocyte subsets in skin lesions of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group, and there were significant differences between the two groups, P<0.05. The proportion of mild mesangial matrix increased in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, and the proportion of severe was lower than that in the Reference Group, P<0.05, and there was no significant difference in the proportion of moderate, P>0.05. Conclusion: the combination of ceftriaxone and benzathine penicillin G can promote the remission of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and mucosal skin lesions in patients with syphilis.

Abstract:
In the clinical application of benzathine penicillin G (long-acting penicillin G), there are several problems as follows: in the preparation process, the foam is easy to appear, and the foam can not disappear in a short time; needle insertion into the muscle back and push the drug process is prone to the phenomenon of needle blockage. We have taken the following measures to solve the above problems. In order to reduce the generation of foam, when we dilute the drug, the needle stem of the syringe needle and the stopper face are introduced into the needle at an angle of 60 degrees, until the needle
