Abstract:
with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator, Styrene was grafted onto sodium Orthosilicate-modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane by solution Graft polymerization. After sulfonation, polyvinylidene fluoride grafted with styrene sulfonic acid (PVDF-g-PSSA) was obtained. Electrolyte membrane. The effects of sodium orthosilicate dosage, grafting reaction time, reaction temperature, BPO concentration and styrene monomer concentration on the grafting rate of PVDF-g-OSSA membrane were discussed. The results show that the amount of sodium orthosilicate is 10% (mass fraction, the same below), the concentration of BPO is 0.016 mol/L, the ratio of styrene and tetrahydrofuran is 4:1, A PVDF-g-PSSA electrolyte membrane with a grafting ratio of 16.1% and a conductivity of 1.6 × 10-2 S/cm was obtained under the protection of nitrogen for 10 h in a water bath at 75 ℃.

The sodium orthosilicate Oxygen bleaching stabilization system includes sodium orthosilicate body, EDTMPA, magnesium phosphate and other auxiliary agents, which has obvious synergy to the stabilization of hydrogen peroxide, the sodium orthosilicate stabilization system still has good stabilization effect on hydrogen peroxide, so it is suitable for alkali oxygen one bath method. Sodium orthosilicate stabilization system is used for Oxygen bleaching without additional alkali agent. The process has the characteristics of good bleaching effect, simple operation and moderate price, and is free of silicon scale, and maintains the style of water glass Oxygen bleaching process.

Abstract:

The mechanical strength of the membrane was characterized by a multifunctional material testing machine. The effect of sodium orthosilicate content on the proton conductivity and alcohol resistance of the PVDF-g-PSSA membrane was studied by AC impedance spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The results show that after the addition of sodium orthosilicate, the proton conductivity & sigma of the PVDF-g-PSSA membrane increases with the increase of sodium orthosilicate content, the mechanical properties are improved, and the methanol permeability coefficient increases gradually.
