Abstract:
This paper briefly introduces the principle and process of fluorescence emission, and describes the working principle of fluorescence spectrometer and the working process of single photon counting attenuation spectrometer. The fluorescence properties of N,N'-dimethylpiperazine and its determination methods are described, including UV absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and intrinsic (also called intrinsic) fluorescence lifetime. The relationship between the photophysical properties and the N-N dipole-dipole interaction is discussed. The fluorescence radiation rate constant kR of N,N'-dimethylpiperazine is less than that of monoamine. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
