biological activity Polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid sodium (Poly(I:C) sodium) is a synthetic analog of double-stranded RNA, it is an agonist of TLR3 and retinoic acid-inducible gene I receptors (RIG-I and MDA5). Polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid sodium can be used as a vaccine adjuvant to enhance the innate and adaptive immune response and change the tumor microenvironment, and can also directly trigger the apoptosis of cancer cells.
