Maltotetraose - Introduction
Maltotetraose(Maltotetraose) is a carbohydrate that consists of four glucose molecules linked by α-1, 4-glycosidic bonds. It is chemically similar to maltose, but Maltotetraose is longer and has more glucose units than maltose.
