In the above reactants, 75g of dimethyl sulfate is added slowly, and the pH value is continuously adjusted with 50% NaOH solution to keep the pH value from 7 to 8, react at 40 ℃ for 2h, cool to 5 ℃, filter, wash with water, dry, and recrystallize in anhydrous ethanol. |
