1. Add 490kg of glyoxal (100%) to the reactor and add 20%~25% Na2CO3 aqueous solution under stirring. Adjust the pH value. Add urea, stir to dissolve, gradually raise the temperature to around 35 ℃, allow it to automatically rise to 45 ℃ for reaction for 1 hour, then keep it at 50 ℃ for 3 hours, and cool it to 40 ℃ for standby (to obtain the cyclized substance).
2. Add 1350kg of 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution to the above cyclization compound, and adjust the pH value to 8-8.5 with 20% Na2CO3. Keep it at 50 ℃ for 3 hours. Cool to room temperature and adjust the pH to 6-6.5 with acid. Dilute with water to the required content of the product. Discharging and packaging to obtain finished products.
