| production method | glycine acetyl method: put an amino acid and about 4 times the amount of water into the reaction pot, stir until all dissolved. Add 4/5 of the total amount of acetic anhydride at about 20 ℃, stir for 0.5h, and add the remaining 1/5 of acetic anhydride. In terms of volume ratio, acetic anhydride is 2.11 times that of glycine. The stirring reaction was continued at 20 ℃ for 2h and frozen overnight. Filter, the filter cake is washed with a small amount of ice water, dried to obtain acetylglycine, the filtrate with a melting point of about 206 ℃ is concentrated to dry under reduced pressure, and the residue is hot dissolved with 3 times of water, then frozen, filtered, dried, and a part of acetylglycine can be obtained. Yield 84%-86%. If acetylation is carried out in acetic acid, the yield can reach more than 94%. The specific operation is as follows: put glacial acetic acid into the reaction tank, stir and add glycine. Add acetic anhydride dropwise at about 30 ℃. The drop acceleration is controlled so that the reaction temperature does not exceed 60°C. After the addition, keep the temperature at 55-60 ℃ for 4 hours. Cold to 20 ℃, filter, wash with acetone, and dry at about 80 ℃ to obtain the product. |
