Abstract:
The invention discloses a process for preparing zirconium dioxide nano powder by hydrolyzing zirconium nitrate, which belongs to the technical field of chemical raw materials and nuclear fuel preparation. Carbon nanotubes are added to the aqueous solution of concentrated zirconium oxynitrate, boiled under reflux, dried, and then sintered to obtain 7-20 nm zirconium dioxide nano powder. The process is simple, filtering is omitted, and stable cubic phase can be obtained at low temperature in the washing process. The obtained zirconia nano powder is widely used in the manufacture of piezoelectric elements, ceramic capacitors, gas sensors, solid electrolyte batteries, ceramic internal combustion engine, optical glass and zirconia fiber and Zirconium Catalyst, etc.

ZIRCONIUM(IV)DINITRATE OXIDE HYDRATE - Graphene/polyvinyl alcohol composite gas barrier film crosslinked by zirconium nitrate

Abstract:
low-cost non-electrolyte polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) were used as basic materials, and zirconium nitrate (Zr) was used to adjust the surface properties of polyvinyl alcohol, PVA/rGO composite coatings with alternating layered structure were prepared by solution self-assembly (LBL) technique ~ (1,2) with PET polymer as substrate. AFM results showed that r GO was uniformly dispersed in the PVA polymer. SEM and TEM revealed the unique nano "brick wall" structure of the coating. The oxygen permeability (OTR) of the composite film was tested. It was found that the OTR of PET film was reduced by one order of magnitude by preparing 40 layers of Zr crosslinked PVA/rGO coating on PET polymer substrate by LBL method. The coating without Zr cross-linking has only a 30% reduction in OTR. The Zeta potential test of rGO, Zr and PVA solutions showed that Zr could improve the self-assembly efficiency of PVA and r GO solutions. The cross-linking effect of Zr on PVA and rGO composite coatings at 120 ℃ was confirmed by 13C NMR and nanoindentation tests. PVA/Zr/rGO composite films have broad application prospects in the fields of packaging materials, gas separation membranes and flexible electronic device protection due to their high barrier properties and high flexibility.
