PHENYLMERCURYNAPHTHENATE - Introduction

[Napthoato (1-)-O]phenylmercury is an organic mercury compound with the chemical formula C12H8HgO2. The following is a description of the properties, uses, preparation and safety information of the compound:

Nature:
[napthoato (1-)-O]phenylmercury is a white to pale yellow crystal. It is stable at room temperature, but it will gradually decompose by light and oxygen in the air. It is soluble in solvents.

Use:
