compound (ii)(5.16g,13.0 mmo1) is treated with pentane solution of tert-butyl lithium of 2.0mol/L, and then the solution of cuprous iodide and tributyl phosphorus in dry ether is added to react to obtain organic copper reagent. Then add the ether solution of compound (I)(2.12g,10 mmo1), then add the ether solution of compound (III) (2.25g,12,0 mmo1), and react to complete. The reaction solution was poured into an aqueous solution 25% titanium trichloride (74.4ml,120 mmo1) and ammonium acetate (55.5g,720 mmo1) in 184ml of water and 500ml of tetrahydrofuran, and stirred at room temperature for 18h. After neutralization with sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution, extraction with hexane was made several times. The extracts are combined, washed with salt water, dried with magnesium sulfate in water, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was separated by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 3.32g compound (Ⅳ) with 52% yield.
Compound (Ⅳ) (250mg,0.39 mmo1) and 0.9ml hydrogen fluoride-pyridine complex were reacted in 18ml acetonitrile for 2.5h at room temperature. Regular treatment gave 139mg of oroprost with 87% yield.
