The invention can reduce consumption, increase yield, improve quality, reduce pollution and simplify operation.

Abstract:
The invention provides a comprehensive treatment method for gulonic acid fermentation broth. The gulonic acid fermentation broth is filtered by an organic membrane, and the residue is filtered by a ceramic membrane to achieve further concentration. After the filtrate is filtered out, the residue is washed with water, and all the filtrates filtered by the ceramic membrane are combined, then through the organic membrane filtration treatment, to ensure the removal of protein, ceramic membrane slag through the scraper drying to make feed protein. Compared with the prior art, the present invention reduces the amount of washing water, improves the quality of the filtrate, improves the concentration of gulonic acid in the filtrate, achieves the total ultrafiltration yield of more than 98.92%, simultaneously realizes the concentration of the slag, and the solid content of the ceramic membrane slag is 1520%, the scraper drying was used to directly process the feed protein, which realized the comprehensive utilization of the slag liquid and greatly reduced the emission of the three wastes.
