Introduction fructooligosaccharides, also known as fructooligosaccharides (FOS), refer to 1-5 fructosyl groups as β-2, fructose trisaccharide (GF2), fructose tetrasaccharide (GF3), and fructose pentasaccharide (GF4) formed by the linkage of 1 bond to the D-fructose group of sucrose and a mixture of fructose hexaose (GF5).
