Method:
The preparation method of
Octanedioic acid,2-[[(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethoxy)carbonyl]amino]-, (2R)-is usually divided into several steps:
1. First, 2-aminoctanoic acid and dimethylformamide dimethyl lithium sulfite were mixed in toluene, and the mixture was reduced with diborane to obtain methyl 2-aminoctanoate.
2. Next, the obtained methyl 2-aminoctanoate was added to tetrahydrofuran that had been dried, and the mixture was subjected to esterification reaction with FMOC-OSu to obtain methyl FMOC-D-2-aminoctanoate.
3. Finally, methyl FMOC-D-2-aminocaprylate is hydrolyzed under strong acid conditions to give Octanedioic acid,2-[[(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethoxy)carbonyl]amino]-, (2R)-.
