EGF,INCI, called oligopeptide 1(Human oligopeptide-1), is a polypeptide containing 53 amino acid residues, with a size of 6.2 kDa and three disulfide bonds. EGF is distributed in a variety of tissues and body fluids and is a growth factor secreted by humans themselves. EGF has a vital effect on wound healing and organ formation. It can stimulate the proliferation, differentiation and survival of various epidermal epithelial cells; promote the growth and migration of keratinocytes, and promote the proliferation of fibroblasts.
production method
Extraction process using submandibular gland as raw material
minch, extract submandibular gland to remove fat and fascia, twist into chyme, add 0.05mol/L HAc liquid to stir and extract, centrifuge to collect the extract.
