Production method | Using thiophene as raw material, 5-chloro-2-acetylthiophene is obtained by chlorination and acylation. In ether, bromine is added dropwise at low temperature to perform side chain bromination to obtain 5-chloro-2-(bromoacetyl) thiophene. Then in dimethylformamide, after condensation with imidazole at low temperature; and 2, 6-dichlorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride reflux in absolute ethanol to obtain the product. |
