1. Preparation of p-hydroxybenzylsulfonic acid using cresol as raw material; Preparation of naphthol sulfonic acid using naphthol as raw material.
2. Add p-hydroxybenzyl sulfonic acid and naphthol sulfonic acid respectively to the condensation kettle, add excess formaldehyde, and condense at 196kPa. After the reaction is completed, add alkali to adjust the pH value to 8.0-10, cool, crystallize, filter, and dry to obtain the finished product.
This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. When using it, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
The dispersant 5040 is an anionic surfactant with excellent wetting and dispersion characteristics. Excellent dispersibility, low-viscosity coatings can be adjusted by adding a small amount. The stability of the slurry and the coating is better, and the viscosity of the coating and the slurry does not change.

Since it can be simply dissolved in water in any amount, there is no special requirement when adding.
It is suggested that the addition amount is 0.1-1.0% of the pigment and filler quality (solid component/solid component).
