The near-infrared fluorescent probe molecule is based on the derivative of basic blue 3 as a fluorescent probe molecule for hypochlorous acid response, which has the advantages of short response time and high sensitivity, thus providing the possibility for the detection of trace hypochlorous acid in some diseased tissues. The advantages of the present invention are: the synthesized probe molecule has a rapid hypochlorous acid response, good specificity and low detection limit, which provides the possibility to realize trace hypochlorous acid in diseased tissues; by adjusting the substituents of the aniline to the functional group A series of probe molecules that respond to hypochlorous acid can be designed and synthesized.
