production method | 1. put hexachlorocyclopentadiene and 1,5-cyclooctadiene into the reactor in a molar ratio of 2:1, then add the solvent xylene, stir and dissolve, heat up to less than 200 ℃, and carry out the addition reaction of Diels-Alder diene. After the reaction is completed, the solvent xylene is steamed out to obtain the finished product. 2. In a 250mL four-neck flask equipped with a reflux condenser tube, an electric stirring device, a thermometer and a dropping funnel, 100mL of composite solvent (polychlorinated hydrocarbons) is added, 32.2g of hexachlorocyclopentadiene is added, cold water is turned on, stirring is heated to 200 ℃, and 6.6g of cyclooctadiene (the ratio of the amount of hexachlorocyclopentadiene to cyclooctadiene is 2.2: 1) is started to be added dropwise, the dripping is completed within 0.5h. The temperature was raised to 200~250 ℃, the temperature was kept for 0.5h, and the Diels-Alder diene addition reaction was carried out. After the reaction is completed, suction filtration and mother liquor is applied. Wash the solid with toluene and dry to obtain white powdered solid 38.3 with 98% yield.
