EPA chemical information | Phosphorothioic acid, O,O-dimethyl ester, ammonium salt (40633-14-5) |
The preparation method is to use dimethyl phosphite as raw material in the presence of a solvent to react with sulfur and ammonia.
Dimethyl phosphite, sulfur powder and toluene are put into the reaction kettle in proportion, and then ammonia gas is introduced into the mixture to control the reaction temperature of 20~30 ℃. After the ammonia gas is passed, the heat preservation reaction is carried out for 1 h, ammonium salt crystals are formed upon the completion of the reaction, and then clear water is added. After the crystallization is dissolved, the ammonium salt solution in the upper layer is recycled, and the ammonium salt solution in the lower layer reaches 40% ~ 44%. After measurement, it is transferred to the storage tank for use in the lower working section.
The reaction of preparing ammonium salt is a strong exothermic reaction, and frozen brine is required to remove the heat generated by the reaction in time.
