7-Aza-6-chloro-1H-indazole - Introduction
6-choro-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-b]pyridine is an organic compound with the chemical formula C8H5ClN2. It has the form of a white crystalline solid.

Use:
6-chloro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine can be used as chemical intermediates for various reactions in organic synthesis, such as as fluorescent probes, fluorescent labels and the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. It can also be used in pharmaceutical research and development.
Preparation Method:
6-chloro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine can be prepared by the following synthetic route:
1. First prepare 2,3-dichloro-5-cyanopyridine (2,3-dichloro-5-cyanopyridine);
2. reacting 2,3-dichloro-5-cyanopyridine with p-aminobenzoic acid ester to obtain 3-amino-4-cyanopyridine (3-amino-4-cyanopyridine);
3. In the presence of a base, 3-amino-4-cyanopyridine and diene are synthesized into 6-chloroo-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-b]pyridine.
