HCl(4 M in dioxane, 2.5 mL,10.0 mmol,10.0 equiv) was added to a solution of Boc-Lys-OH(297 mg,1.00 mmol) in MeOH(10 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 24 hours. The solvent was removed in vacuo. The residue was dried under high vacuum for 4 hours to obtain the product. |
