Overview tricin, chemical name 5,7,4 '-trihydroxy-3',5 '-dimethoxyflavone, a kind of natural flavonoids, widely distributed in gramineae and Euphorbiaceae plants, has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitumor, antiviral and immunomodulatory effects.
