Use saposhnikoviadivasata (Turcz.) schischk. Dry root of flower stem is not drawn, one of traditional Chinese medicine; It is listed as the top grade in Shennong Herbal Classic, Xin, Gan, micro-temperature, bladder, liver, spleen meridian, the effect of wet pain, wind and spasm. A new coumarin compound sapodivarin and two known compounds have been reported in the literature. This paper reports the isolation and structural identification of the other 18 compounds. Among them, Isosorbide lactone, peucedanin, 5-methoxy-7-(3, 3-dimethylallyloxy)-coumarin, it was the first time to obtain danggui acyl Ester and Yang Rubin from saposhnikovia divaricata, and 5-methoxy-7-(3, 3-dimethylallyloxy) coumarin was one of the chemical constituents of saposhnikovia divaricata. 5-methoxy-7-(3, 3-dimethylallyloxy) coumarin is useful as a pharmaceutical synthesis intermediate.
