1.2-amino -1,3,4-thiadiazole and 4-methyl piperazine hydrochloride are reacted to generate 4-methyl piperazine -2-thioxanthone.
2.4-methyl piperazine -2-Lucanthone is reacted with polyethylene glycol imine to generate 4-methyl piperazine epoxy compound.
3. N-heterocyclization of a 4-methylpiperazine epoxy compound with trichlorothiourea to generate 5-(4-Methylpiperazin-1-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-amine.
