Name | corrosion inhibitor 4502 |
Synonyms | corrosion inhibitor 4502 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties black liquid to black viscous paste. Soluble in water and low carbon alcohol. The aqueous solution is slightly acidic. Can form a directional molecular film on the metal surface. It stinks of ammonia. |
Use | Use 1, used for cooling water circulation system as corrosion inhibitor. After compound with ATMP, the amount of corrosion inhibitor used for equipment pickling is 0.3% ~ 0.4% of the acid solution. It can also be used as acidizing fluid in oil field. 2, industrial water treatment as corrosion inhibitor, tower top condensate water dosage 3g/m3. |
1. It is obtained by thorough alkylation of pyridine and chloroalkane. The specific operation is as follows: 100 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 100 parts of pyridine oil (170~215 ℃ fraction) are added into the reaction kettle, and then straight-run gasoline is added as solvent. Heat to 145~150 ℃ for 24 h under stirring. Statically stratified (chloroalkylpyridine is insoluble in gasoline), take the lower product, depressurize the gasoline in a distillation tower, cool to 60~70 ℃, and discharge the product.
2. It is composed of alkylpyridinium chloride and ethanol at a ratio of 2: 8 (mass ratio).
