The method of synthesizing 2,4,6-Tris(4-ethynylphenyl)-1,3,5-triazine includes the following steps:
1. 4-ethynylbenzaldehyde (4-ethynylbenzaldehyde) reacts with sodium cyanate (NaCN) in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to give 4-ethynylbenzaldehyde cyanate.
2. Reaction of 4-ethynylbenzaldehyde cyanate with isocyanate (isocyanate) in dimethyl sulfoxide to generate 2,4,6-Tris(4-ethynylphenyl)-1,3,5-triazine.
