| preparation | 4-bromobutyric acid (3.0g,16.57mmol,1.0eq) was added to 20ml of anhydrous Tetrahydrofuran, cool to -40 °c, add Dropwise trifluoroacetic anhydride (6.96g,33.14mmol,2.0eq), Stir at -40 °c for 30 min, add tert-butanol (9.83g,132.56mmol,8.0eq) the reaction was continued overnight at room temperature. After completion of the reaction, the reaction system was poured into saturated sodium bicarbonate solution, extracted with ethyl acetate, washed with saturated sodium chloride, and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 3.75G of a pale yellow oil, with a yield of 95%. |
