The preparation method is as follows:
1. first, 3-nitrobenzaldehyde is reacted with hypobromic acetate to generate 3-bromo -2-nitrobenzoic acid ethyl ester.
2.3-bromo -2-nitrobenzoic acid ethyl ester reacts with methanol to generate 3-bromo -2-nitrobenzoic acid methyl ester.
3. Finally, 3-bromo-2-nitrobenzoic acid methyl ester is reacted with methylamine to obtain phosphonium.
