Use | Uses 4, 6-dibromodibenzofuran can be prepared by the reaction of bromine and dibenzofuran, and can be used in the field of photoelectric synthesis, such as the preparation of compound P-98 that can reduce the driving voltage of the device and improve the luminous efficiency, color purity and life of the device. |
4, 6-dibromodibenzofuran can be prepared by the reaction of bromine and dibenzofuran.
Drop a mixture of 128g of bromine and 100ml of dichloroethane to a mixture of 67.3g(0.4mol) of dibenzofuran and 500ml of dichloroethane, stir the mixture at room temperature for 10 hours, filter out the precipitated solid, the filtrate is washed with sodium thiosulfate aqueous solution, washed with water, distilled dichloroethane from the dichloroethane layer, precipitated the filtered solid in an aqueous solution of sodium thiosulfate, washed with water, combined filtrates, distilled out chloroform, residues and solids were obtained and recrystallized from isopropanol/toluene to give 107g of colorless needle-like crystals of 4, 6-dibromodibenzofuran.
