tert-butyl 4 is an organic compound with the chemical formula C10H16F2NO2. It is a colorless liquid with a density of 1.109g/cm³ at normal temperature and pressure. It is soluble in organic solvents such as ether and toluene, and insoluble in water.
This compound can be used in organic synthesis reactions as a synthetic intermediate. It can be hydrogenated to 4,4-difluoropiperidine-L-carboxylic acid tert-butyramide, and then through other reactions to prepare the target compound. It can also be used as a raw material for drug development and pesticide synthesis.
The method for preparing tert-butyl 4 can be obtained by reacting fluoroacetic acid and tert-butyl alcohol as raw materials. First, fluoroacetic acid is added to tert-butyl alcohol, and then the esterification reaction is carried out under the catalysis of alkali to produce tert-butyl 4, phosphors.
