Mixing M-difluorobenzene with carbon tetrachloride and iron powder, stirring and heating to about 45 ° C., slowly adding a solution consisting of bromine and carbon tetrachloride, and stirring was continued for 30min after dropping until no white smoke was generated. After cooling, 20% sodium bisulfite solution was added and stirred until colorless. The organic layer was separated, washed with 10% sodium hydroxide and washed with water until neutral. Dry overnight with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The product was obtained by carrying out atmospheric distillation and collecting the fraction at 144-148 ° C. In a yield of 83%.
