325143-22-4 - Introduction

N1-Tritylpropane-1,3-diamine acetate(N1-Tritylpropane-1,3-diamine acetate) is an organic compound whose chemical formula is C26H27NO2.

This compound has a milky white to pale yellow solid, and is soluble in organic solvents such as chloroform and dichloromethane.

N1-Tritylpropane-1,3-diamine acetate is mainly used as a protecting group in organic synthesis reactions to prevent certain functional groups from reacting. It may protect an amino, hydroxy or methine amino group. In the synthesis of peptides or drugs, N1-Tritylpropane-1,3-diamine acetate is often used as a ketal reagent, which can improve the stability and selectivity of the compound by protecting the amine group.

N1-Tritylpropane-1, the synthesis of 3-diamine acetate is usually obtained by reacting N-triarylcarboimide with triphenylmethanol. The synthesis process requires suitable acid catalysis conditions and appropriate filtration and crystallization steps to purify the product.

It should be noted that, N1-Tritylpropane-1,3-diamine acetate is a chemical and should comply with relevant operating procedures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as lab gloves and goggles, when using or handling the compound. Direct contact with the skin and inhalation of dust or gases should be avoided. In addition, the storage and disposal of chemicals should comply with relevant laws and regulations.
