brief introduction | oxazolomide, a herbicide in rice direct seeding fields, has been very popular in rice planting areas in recent years. with the increase of resistance to herbicides such as pentafluoresomethamine, it is becoming more and more difficult to control weeds in rice direct seeding fields. oxazolomide is good for barnyard grass and beef tendon grass equivalent fruits, especially for resistant barnyard grass. |
Mechanism of Action | Oxazolamide is an aryloxyphenoxy acid ester (AOPP) herbicide, which can inhibit acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC enzyme) and promote plant fatty acid synthesis. It is used as a kind of acetyl-CoA carboxylase inhibitor for the treatment of rice field stems and leaves to control various gramineous weeds such as crabgrass, barnyard grass, and gold. The drug is absorbed by the stems and leaves, and is conducted to the growth point through the vascular bundle to achieve the herbicidal effect. |
control object | oxazolyl oxazolamide has a wider weeding spectrum compared with paddy herbicides such as cyfluoxalate, pentafluoresulam, and bisoxalate, and has a good control effect on most of the paddy fields. |
safety | field observation results showed that the seedlings with 10% oxazolamide active ingredient content of 120g/hm 2 treatment, 150g/hm 2 treatment, 180g/hm 2 treatment and 300g/hm 2 treatment all showed yellowing phenomenon, and with the increase of dosage, yellow falling has an aggravating trend. The growth of seedlings treated with large dosage is slightly stagnant, but it can be restored in the later period, and has no obvious effect on rice yield. |
