Due to the limitations of the raw materials used and the production process, the product has low purity and high impurity content. The impurities are mainly homologs of lithium dodecyl sulfate, lithium sulfate, lithium chloride and unreacted fatty alcohols, which restrict the use of the product range. |
purification method | (1) dissolution: powdered lithium dodecyl sulfate is added into a dissolution tank filled with anhydrous ethanol, stirred for complete dissolution, and kept at 40-60 ℃ for 30-60min;(2) decolorization: transfer the liquid obtained in step (1) into a decolorization filter for decolorization and primary filtration, in the adsorption step (1), a small amount of mechanical impurities with large colors and particles in the solution, inorganic salts, etc.;(3) Filtration: the liquid obtained in the step (2) is sequentially filtered through the precision filter I, the precision filter II, and the precision filter III; The filtration accuracy of the precision filter I is 10 μm, and the pressure is ≤ 0.4MPa, which can filter out particulate impurities with a diameter greater than 10 μm; precision filter II has a filtration accuracy of 5 μm and a pressure ≤ 0.3MPa, which can filter out particulate impurities with a diameter greater than 5μm.
