Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical industrial products are light yellow powder. Melting point 55-60 ℃, relative density 1.21-1.23. Soluble in benzene, acetone, ether and methanol, insoluble in water. |
Use | Use of this product is after-effect accelerator. In the natural rubber, the retardation is greater than that of the accelerator NOBS, and the vulcanization speed is faster at the vulcanization temperature. It is commonly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber tubes, adhesive tapes, industrial products, etc. The general amount is 0.4-1.5 parts, and 2.5-0.5 parts of sulfur. |
Raw Materials | Diisopropylamine Sodium chlorate hypochlorous acid 2,2'-Dithiobis(benzothiazole) ISOPROPYLAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE |
It is obtained by reacting the accelerator DM with diisopropylamine chloride in methanol solution. The accelerator DM, diisopropylamine chloride and diisopropylamine were added to methanol and reacted at 65 ℃ to form the accelerator DIBS. Cool, filter, wash with water and dry the finished product. The filter mother liquor is distilled to recover methanol, and the residue is recovered diisopropylamine hydrochloride. The chlorodiisopropylamine can be obtained by reacting diisopropylamine with sodium hypochlorite at a temperature below 25°C.
