Use | 1-bromo-2-fluoro-4-iodobenzene is an organic intermediate that can be produced by 2-fluoro-4-iodoaniline through diazotization The reaction is prepared. |
Preparation | Dissolve the compound 2-fluoro-4-iodoaniline (30mmol) and copper bromide (8.38g,37.5mmol) in 150mL acetonitrile solution, and then add tert-butyl nitrite (3.87g,37.5mmol) drop by drop to the reaction system. After dropping, the reaction solution reacts overnight at 65°C. After the reaction is over, the reaction liquid is pumped out and the filtrate is rotated to dry. Using petroleum ether as eluent, the crude product was separated and purified by silica gel chromatography and dried in vacuum to obtain 1-bromo-2-fluoro-4-iodobenzene with a yield of 60%. |
