production method | (1) 75g(0.5mol) phenylthiuria and ML chloroform were added to the flask, after stirring and controlling the reaction temperature at 15-20 ° C. For about 5h, a solution of 192g(1.2mol) of bromine dissolved in of chloroform was added dropwise, followed by stirring for 1H. The 2-amino -5-bromobenzothiazole hydrobromide salt of pale orange color (excessive contamination with bromine) was filtered off. Dissolve the above bromide in 1.5L hot water, decolorize and filter, heat to 90 ℃, neutralize with concentrated ammonia water to pH value of about 9, filter out the crystal while hot, and wash twice with hot water, this removes the unbrominated 2-aminobenzothiazole. (2) add 75g(0.5mol) of 2-aminobenzothiazole and 75ml of glacial acetic acid to the flask, stir and control the reaction temperature at 20~25 ℃, slowly drop 80g(0.5mol) bromine was dissolved in 50ml of glacial acetic acid solution, and stirred for 1H after adding, the reactant was transferred to a 10L jar, 3L water was added, stirred with ammonia water and neutralized to pH value of about 9, filtered out, washed with water, 100g of product were obtained after air-drying. The product can be recrystallized from 50% dilute ethanol. |
