introduction | 2,5-diamino-4, 6-dihydroxypyridine is an organic chemical intermediate, which can be used to synthesize 2- amino -4, 6-dichloro-5-formylaminopyrimidine, and is widely used in the synthesis of AIDS prevention and treatment drugs, there are dozens of varieties of AIDS drugs synthesized with it. The new AIDS drugs manufactured have unique functions and are a promising drug and synthetic drug intermediates. AIDS is a clinical syndrome in which human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection leads to defects in human defense functions (especially cell-mediated immune function defects), and is prone to opportunistic infections and tumors. |
preparation | diethyl malonate (32g,0.2mol), guanidine hydrochloride (9.6g,0.1mol), sodium ethoxide (27.2g,0.4mol) and ethanol 150mL were heated and refluxed. after the reaction, the obtained solid and sodium nitrite (13.8g,0.2mol) were heated and refluxed in 200mL of water, the solution of ethanol 170mL and acetic acid 16mL was reacted at 25 ℃ for 24 hours. After the reaction, the solid obtained was refluxed in the presence of sodium dithionite (43.5g,0.25mol) and water 200mL for 8 hours to obtain 2,5-diamino-4, 6-dihydroxypyrimidine with a yield of 48%. |
