production method | 1. prepare N,N' disalicylaldehyde ethylenediamine plus 244g [2 mol) pure salicylaldehyde (note) in 1 liter of 95% ethanol, after heating to boiling, add 60.1g (1 mol) ethylenediamine. After 20-30 minutes, the reaction survived to produce bright yellow crystals. Filter and spread the crystals into a thin layer on absorbent paper to dry. It can be used directly or recrystallized in 6 liters of hot 95% ethanol. In this case, if it is not completely dried, it can be more easily dissolved in the next reaction, with a yield of 255 grams? (95%). 2.2. Preparation of bis (dihydrous Yankee) ethylenediimine cobalt. Under stirring, 268 grams (1 mol) of powdered disalicylaldehyde ethylenediamine, 79.5 grams (difference of 0.5 grams to 2 moles) Sodium hydroxide and 5 grams of sodium acetate trihydrate are dissolved in 3 liters of boiling water, and then 238 grams (I mol) of chlorination drill hexahydrate and 500 ml of hot water are added to form a red-brown paste. Add water to submerge the paste to about 1.2cm, let stand for more than 15 minutes, and then centrifuge for separation. Wash the separated lecture block three times (3*250 ml). Take out the lecture block and mix it with 1.5 liters of water to form a uniform slurry without large particles. Centrifugal separation, and finally wash with a few hundred milliliters of water, the washing liquid should always be light brown and not become colorless. The lecture block is centrifugally dried as much as possible, beaten into pieces, and dried at 100 ℃ in vacuum. The yield is 300 grams (90%). |
