Nature:
-Appearance: Ethyl 5-amino -1-(2-bromophenyl)-4-cyano-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester is a brown-yellow or yellow solid.
-Melting point: about 136-138 ℃.
-Solubility: Ethyl 5-amino -1-(2-bromophenyl)-4-cyano-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester is soluble in some organic solvents, such as dimethyl sulfoxide, Dichloromethane and ethanol.

Use:
Ethyl 5-amino -1-(2-bromophenyl)-4-cyano-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester can be used in organic synthesis reactions, such as the synthesis of metal organic compounds, catalytic reactions and the preparation of fluorescent materials.

Preparation Method:
Ethyl 5-amino -1-(2-bromophenyl)-4-cyano-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester can be prepared through a series of reaction steps. A common synthetic method is to first react 2-bromobenzoic acid with p-propyl carbamate to yield N-(2-bromobenzyl)-p-propyl carbamate. N-(2-Bromobenzyl)-p-propylcarbamate is then reacted with sodium cyanide under basic conditions to give 5-amino -1-(2-bromophenyl)-4-cyano-1H-pyrazole. Finally, 5-amino -1-(2-bromophenyl)-4-cyano-1H-pyrazole is reacted with glycolation by esterification to give ethyl 5-amino -1-(2-bromophenyl)-4-cyano-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate.
