synthesis method	1-o-β-d-glucopyranose-D-mannitol dihydrate (hereinafter referred to as 1,1-GPM) the synthesis of isomaltulose is generally divided into two steps: 1) the Invertase is first converted into isomaltulose, and 2) the isolated isomaltulose is then hydrogenated over Raney nickel catalyst.
