use	flame retardant TBC is a new, efficient and additive brominated flame retardant with good flame retardant effect, low volatility, good compatibility, durability, light resistance, water resistance and non-toxicity, it can be widely used in polyolefin, PVC, foamed polyurethane, polyphenylene, ABS, unsaturated polyester, synthetic rubber and synthetic fiber products.
Production method	Using ketone salt as a catalyst, trimeric isocyanic acid and propylene are catalyzed in the presence of sodium hydride to form tripropenyl isloroester. Or in the dimethylformamide solution, trimeric isochloric acid reacts with chloropropene to form tripropylene isocyanate: then the tripropylene isocyanate is dissolved in an organic solvent for bromination reaction to obtain the crude product TBC: The crude product of the reaction is filtered, the filter cake is washed with methanol, then washed with distilled water, and dried at 80°C to obtain the finished product with a yield of 90%-95%.
