| In vivo study | In female spontaneously hypertensive rats, BAY 41-2272 (10 mg/kg, p.o.) exhibited an antiplatelet effect, greatly reduced blood pressure, and increased survival. In mice infected with C. Albicans, BAY 41-2272 (10 mg/kg, I. p.) not only increases macrophage function, but also significantly increases macrophage-dependent cell influx into the peritoneum, reducing mortality. In db/db-/- II diabetic and obese mice, BAY 41-2272 improved relaxation of the damaged corpus cavernosum (CC). |
